hello everyone,
i posted about a month ago abt my experience with my new thoth deck here--> http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22017
sadly, my grandmother passed away on monday, and i was wondering if my experience with the chariot as i mentioned in the above thread, could have been a sign of this. i think i read somewhere that the chariot could also mean death, with its idea of 'moving on' . can anyone confirm this?
also, i remember i say those black and white fish on the 31st of jan, and that would be 30 days ( if im counting correctly) before my grandmother's death. does this number have a any significance?

The answer to your questions is yes. :)
The thing about interpreting intuitively is that no matter what comes to you - it is probably right. ;)
I tend to view Chariot as the Merkaba which is surely the vehicle of the Soul and thus would be occupied to leave the physical plane.
30 is a very significant number on a lot of different levels. If you look at it as The Empress and The Fool energy together you might want to say something about the joy of growth. The exuberiance of the grape swelling on the vine. You might even say this is the day the fruit ripens and is bursting with flavor.
A master carpenter when asked how long he's been working might say, "30 years man and boy".

at the time i kept getting those signs my grandmother was in hospital. she'd just suffered a stroke and a heart attack. she'd been in more serious situations before and recovered, so i pretty much didnt accept what all the signs were trying to tell me. i suppose i should have listened to my intuition more so i could have prepared myself.
