Crowley versus Rider waite

In the deck of Crowley is the knight the highest in the court cards.
In the deck of Rider waite is the king the highest.
Can i compare the knight (Crowley) with the king (R W)?
Or has the knight (Crowley) the same meaning as the knight (R W)?
It's confusing, the knights in both decks are sitting on a horse and have, more or less the same energy in the picture.
Has someone the right explanation?
