blindness is another fact of human existance. we just dont see..
what kind of blindness cards can you come up with?
i think that a good blindness card is the page of swords reversed.
it focuses almost completely on what is not seen. can anybody think of some other good ones?

The Six of Swords can indicate denial, which is a type of blindness.

The 4 of Cups is the obvious one to me. Not seeing what's there ...

The two and eight of swords are the first ones I thought of. Sometimes we chose to be blind, other times we just can't see.

The first card that came to mind for me was the five of pentacles, perhaps because of the crutch, or perhaps because of the window (in the RW) which some interpret as being un-seen by the passers by.

The four of Pentacles is a blindness card for me.
Because the person can't see what his greed is doing to him.
and he can't see what he is missing out on because he is so focused holding things in, rather than sharing or letting go alittle.

The Sun can blind us. Figuratively and literally.
Watch out when the Sun comes up in a reading. One always tends to want to jump for joy. But you could be in the process of being totally and utterly oblivious (blind) to the truth.
(edited to add: When the Ancient Greeks talked about people being blind, they often meant that the person just saw things differently. They didn't necessarily mean that the person's physical eyes did not fully function. Homer, for instance, was possibly not blind at all... but just "saw" things that other people didn't see.)
