Page of Wands Rx & Knight of Wands ?

I was doing a CC. For some reason when I drew the 1st card immediately I drew the second card on top of it as if they both belong to the same position

I drew the Page of Wands Rx and the Knight of Wands (I'm using Robin Wood)

It's such a weird visual combination when u see those cards that it drew my attention right away.

It reminds me of blockage or perhaps an interior doubt between setting roots and moving on to new things

Any ideas on this combo????

If anyone is interested I can also post the rest of the reading in the readings forum...

To me Page of Wands rx is Imature and Peter Pan.
And Knight of Wands is Lightbringer and Creativity.
So you seeing them as blockage and interior doubt that doesn't allow you to move into new things is a good observation.

In my celtic cross the first position Page of Wands rx would be "current situation."
And the second position Knight of Wands would be "what helps or hinders."
So what is the current situation with the Page?
Are you around someone who refuses to grow up and makes you take on more than your share of the responsibilies in life?
So this never allows you to tap into your creativity or inspiration?

Or are you holding on to unrealistic hopes and desires that will may never be fufilled.
And because this takes up so much of your thoughts you are holding yourself back from using the creative expression that would bring balance and happiness back into your life.

The Knight of Wands is someone, who, ( if you let them) can bring humor, surprise, optimism into your world.
He's full of surprises and he has the gift of seeing things differently so that leads us to see them differently to.
He is the perfect Knight for getting you going.
And his message for you might be to think outside the box to work your way through this block.
Maintain your sense of humor and use all the creativity you have.

Hope this helps a little Indigo_lady.

Hi Indigo_lady,
I'm pretty new at this, but everytime I see the Knight of Wands it draws me in. :D
Someone once told me that the Knight of Wands is the love 'em and leave 'em card. So that is what always comes to my mind. Could this have been about a relationship of some kind?
I see the page RX as a cruel, destructive young person.
Like I said, I'm pretty new at this, but thought I would post and let you know my thoughts. ;)

this is the combination that apearrs when someone is telling you they are moving, going on a trip, changing jobs. are their any other indications of movement? the world, the eight of wands are good indications of movement. it also appears that you may not like the fact that this person is moving. this person is not satisfied with where they are, and are probably pretty vocal about their opinions. on the other hand, they may not really want to move, kicking and fighting all the way, but they have no choice.

I agree with some of what you said. I see it as a LOT of anger in the querent. The Page seems to be all bottled up, saying I DON'T WANT to (or I CAN'T) do this! and the Knight saying I HAVE (or even I WANT) to do this... whatever this is. I think the next question to ask is: what will the querent be giving up by taking action here?

To see the Page of Wands so negatively is IMHO rather judgmental. It may not be deliberate immaturity, but it is a block creating a LOT of stress.

If you decide to show the rest of the reading in the Readings forum, please let us know.

lark, I put both cards in the 1st position, I don't know why but my instict just made me put them one on top of the other

I think there's something of all the things that you mentioned.
But more strongly it probably has to do with the impact of a recent relationship

I will post the reading ;)
