Hello Everybody!
I just started delving into Tarot about two weeks ago when I met a girl that did it and got me so interested that the same day, we went to the book store and i picked out a deck I liked, which was the Cachet Tarot Reading set. So far, I think I am getting pretty good at it too, but theres a few things I dislike about the cards, like that the back is in grey-tones and you can easily tell when a card is reversed or not. Other than that, I love the cards and their art, and they have so far given me Freakishly accurate readings. So I was looking for a new deck and decided on the Golden Tarot by Kat Black(who's work is fantastic!). Though I intend to try to work with both, I like the "vibe" I get when I see images of the Golden cards. Now I have a question...I am just curious if the cards have any logos or anything on themselves...i hate that and I don't know why! Also, the art style of those two decks are very different, and I was wondering what other decks you know of that have about the same art style as the Cachet set. I was looking at the Gilded Tarot, but I have mixed feelings towards it.
Apologies for the long post...I just discovered the Forums :P
Thank you! Best Regards!

Never mind the question about the logos, I found my answer, but I am still curious as to if anyone recommends a deck with similar art to the Cachet deck.
Thanks!

Here's hoping your work with Tarot will continue to be rewarding, enlightening, and fun!
If you like the art on the Cachet deck, you might take a peek at the Gilded Tarot (from Llewellyn, widely available) and the Medieval Enchantment Tarot (also from Llewellyn, also widely available).
You'll be pleased, too, I think, to find that every card in these decks is fully and lavishly illustrated. (On the Four of Cups, for example, you won't see four cups ... you'll see pictures that evoke feelings and ideas that relate to traditional meanings for the Four of Cups.)
Enjoy! :)

Ddragon112 I agree that Gilded might be the type of deck you looking for. The artwork is stunning. I have provided a link to Ciro's site so that you can see the whole deck. He also has Tarot of Dreams in progress.. I think you will enjoy his site.

You guys are funny, Ddragon just said in his first post -- he was looking at the Gilded and had mixed feelings about it. :D

Hey, Ddragon, the art on that Cachet set looks very lush and rich, of the few cards I saw on-line. Have you looked at Legend:the Arthurian tarot?
The Druidcraft is another deck whose art is very lush. If you like dragons, then perhaps the Celtic Dragon or the Dragon tarot might float your boat. Believe me, if you start hanging around here, you will have no trouble finding decks to buy! ;)
