Tarot versus Oracle cards

Hi I have a question for anyone who can answer it, or rather a whole bunch of questions.LOL I have 4 Tarot decks, with a few on the way of course. :-) The other day I found the Madame Endora cards on E-Bay and bought them. I heard they are an Oracle deck not a Tarot deck. What is the difference between and Oracle deck and a Tarot deck? Do they have different purposes or work differently? I would guess that Oracle deck can only used to tell the future. Also does anyone have this deck, what do they think of it...I am afraid it may be somewhat less "optimistic" than a regular Tarot deck. just curious, thanks for your help, Bar
