I posted this separately from the current Five of Pents thread because my question deals with the distinct art on the Druidcraft card. It shows a richly dressed woman crossing her arms in front of her face so she doesn't have to watch a hound chasing a hare across the countryside. It's as if she can't bear to see the hare caught and killed.
This came up in a relationship reading I did for someone else today, and it really left me with a crawly feeling about the guy the woman is considering pursuing a relationship with. Has anyone else taken a look at this card, or dealt with it in a reading? What do you think about this imagery in general? How would you deal with it in a relationship question?

Maybe she is ignoring the darker sides of his personality or some warning signals about a potential relationship? Because of the imagery, it seems like she's ignoring something that is natural to him/a relationship but that she might not like to deal with.
Also, this doesn't really relate directly to your question, but if you lay out all the Druidcraft 5s, you can see the tale of Cerridwen chasing Gwydion. In Pents, she is the hound and he is the hare.

Thanks for this info, Keslynn. See, that's what happens when you actually read the companion book -- you find stuff out! :)
