Hi everyone. Have had the knight of pentacles come up a lot lately, always reversed, this is in relation to a person rather than a situation. Was wondering what everyone's perspectives on this card are, having a bit of a difficult time interpreting him in the reversed position....help! P.S Apologies if this should be in the reading section..

Knights are usually either youthful people, apprentices or fighters (not physical fighters, necessarily, but philosophical, defenders of the faith).
The Pentacle Knight is a defender of the puritan work ethic, of getting the job done and getting it done right. In a relationship they're physical, they demonstate affection via touching or giving things rather than being verbal; they're frugal but have an eye for fine things. They get their money's worth.
That's if the card is upright; if the card is reversed, then some or all of that energy is being blocked. Hence, this person is probably lazy or sloppy or just not putting an effort into their current work or relationship. They may be either miserly with money or wasting it. If the reversal is extremely bad, then I'd watch out for someone very selfish, likely to steal--a really bad room mate who doesn't wash or clean up after himself.
What pops to mind immediately is a teenager (or college kid) at a job which they have to work at for money, or because their parents require it. They're not putting an effort into the work; they're lazying about at home and they're letting their significant-other do all the work in the relationship.
Sound familiar? It could be a person you know, or a warning that a person you know is on their way to being like this.

Thirteen, thankyou very much for your reply. :) It does sound a bit familiar, I should of mentioned too that the person this concerns is an old flame and so is geared also towards the romance side...although this doesnt sound like him in that sense..Thanks again for your insight!

The Knight of Pentacles has this big pentacle at his hands, I see this knight as someone with a big seed in its hands looking a field and thinking were to put that big seed, in a relationship case the seed might represent the commitment he is willing to give, reversed might indicate he is still deciding or thinking was he has to offer to a relationship or maybe he has decided but can't take action. Hope it helped.
