Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and have really enjoyed reading all your comments. They've helped my reading loads :)
Just wondering if you could help. I have recently often got the Wheel of Fortune in several readings in the position of "What your partner wants". As I always think of the Wheel as just good fortune, I don't really see how he can want this from a relationship.
Any insights you might have would be welcome.
Thanks x

Does this happen when you are using the Rohrig,
or the Thoth, or both...? Could be interesting. :)

Key 10 is 'good fortune', of course, but so much more. The wider reference is to the ongoing cycles of life, the varying periodicities that everyone's life contains. The earth rotates and revolves, star patterns have their differing speeds and combinations, creatures are born, learn, grow old, die and are then reborn.
In the case of your spread, it may simply point to the broad idea that the two of you have different expectations from a relationship. One of you may be seeing the relationship as driving to a fixed point, and the other may simply be interested in seeing where the relationship leads. It's just a thought....

Fulgour - It has come up with the Rohrig, although lately I've been using the Victoria Regina more. Haven't tried with the Thoth, will give it a go.
rota - thanks, that actually makes a lot of sense. He's not a guy who'd think about the future much so he prob would just like to see wherethe relationship went rather than having any kind of plan

Although mainly good luck, the wheel is also about expansion, about keeping things moving, developing, improving, getting better. I could certainly see where an ambitious and energetic partner would want that in a relationship.
You might say that the one thing he really wants is to avoid stagnation. One thing the wheel is not is stagnant. It never gets smaller or goes still. It's always larger and constantly metamorphosising. It keeps things fresh, new, unpredictable and interesting.
