Hey Everyone...
Decided to delve a little deeper this morning with a reading I did...
Im pretty new at it all... Good with the meanings and good with intuition
I did a 9-Card spread this morning, and drew 9 of the Major Arcana...
After my initial shock (first time it's happened to me) I went about "doing my thang" and continued with the reading.
If a spread/reading involves all the major arcana - Is it a message/answer that is particularly important to the subject?

Major arcana cards are usually taken to mean there is perhaps more significance attached to the issues you are reading about - for you personally. They may be major life issues for you.
It can happen if you haven't shuffled well also and some decks are majors only so that would not be significant at all in such an instance.

It would probably help us if you posted the spread... cards pulled and the question asked

Quite truthfully, you possibly didn't shuffle your cards very well, particularly if you are one of those people who puts the deck 'in order' before you store it.
The Majors deal with things of great importance, things that are karmic in scope, and things that are not easily pushed or moved by little humans hoping to change things. To get more than 3 or 4 majors in a 9 or 10-card spread is very unusual, but not rare. Some people read 'only' with the Majors ~ which I would find hard to do. There is another thread around about Tarot dealing with the 'mundane' things in life ... and the Majors are anything but mundane!

Yeah.. Id be happy with the "you didn't shuffle correctly" suggestion
But I riffle, then shuffle, then riffle, then shuffle - Then lay the cards down...
So there ya go...
Must be one of those extra rare times.

According to casinos cards need to be shuffled at lease six times to be random.

I regularly get majors in around half of my personal readings. In fact, someone did a reading for me (doing his own shuffling) and most of the cards were majors. I must admit, though, I've been doing some spiritual work on myself through prayer and metaphysical study.
Is that the case with you, Rogan?

Reed, you have no idea - The last couple of months have been a real eye-opener for me spiritually, intuitively and emotionally... So yeah, it makes sense.

Usually, if you get lots of major cards it means that ,asking your question, you cover a serious, big aspect of your life
your situation is pretty tough - never heard of anyone getting major nine out of nine!

Wow... that's quite amazing. I've done spreads where lots of majors have appeared but never such a significant amount. If something like that happened to me (especially seeing as I shuffle and shuffle and shuffle) I think I'd feel very shocked.
