This card keeps coming at me, whoever I read for, so I take it its for me. Give me ideas please on what this might mean ?

Of course I don't know your life, so there may of course be many meanings there I don't see....
But I would say that if you feel that the card has been coming up so often because it is trying to tell you something, then you are right. Tarot is about following your intuition and that feeling is your intuition.
I would say, in general, it is telling you of the power you have within you that the Tarot will bring out more and more. That of course life is a journey with ups and downs, but that you have within you everthing you need to make of your life anything want it to be.

You keep getting the Fool--and it's always reversed? I usually read the Fool reversed as indicating that you've taking a dive off that cliff. You should be wandering free, feeling like your life is fresh and beginning anew--the world is filled with wonder and you've a spring in your step.
Reversed means that you didn't look where you were going, and now you're stuck at the bottom of that cliff. Trapped, stuck, that fresh beginning come to an ignoble end. You feel foolish.
As it keeps coming up for you when you read for yourself AND others, I have to ask...has the feeling of wonder gone out of reading the tarot? Do you feel foolish when you read the cards, as if you're doing something stupid rather than fun? If yes, then you have to re-find that sense of wonder and fun in reading the cards.
If not...then you might need to cleanse your deck. It might not be you but the cards who are feeling in need of "refreshing."

thirteen...the wonder will never go out of tarot for me, so it isnt that one. i been reading for over 40 years, still learning from you lot in here ! its just every now & again a card haunts you and this one has me especially stumped. It might be your first meaning though....thank you both very much, 3 heads are better than one ! I am no good at reading for myself and this card seems to be for me.
