Help Me with my TAROT Workout Plan!

The Plan:
This Summer I want to get in shape! I live in a beautiful place (Berkeley, CA) and will have a lot of time to myself! I would love to use the TAROT as a workout “routine.” This is my idea, each TAROT card will have some prescriptions and instructions for a 21-day workout routine. Every day I draw a card and do the workout (or take the rest day) that is prescribed on that card.
Since I’m not fully versed in all of the TAROT, I need help coming up with workouts for all the cards! I have access to a beautiful city, a fully stocked gym, and of course the internet and all that jazz.
What I have so far...
0. The Fool
The Workout:
Something new and refreshing! Look through your logs for the past two weeks and do something that you haven’t done since then, or ever!
Reason:
The Fool is energetic and the wild card. Explore new terrain.
I. The Magician
The Workout:
Resistance Training. Arms: Deltoids, Biceps, and Triceps.
Reason:
The Magican’s wand would want you to work out your arms.
II. The High Priestess
The Workout:
Very sloooooooooooooooooow form of Yoga. Thinking of Kum Nye Yoga, since I know how to do it, which is a form of Tibetan Buddhist Yoga.
Reason:
The High Priestess is still, patient. She sits and waits.
III. The Empress
The Workout:
Hike in nature or a light stretching and light yoga surrounded by trees.
Reason:
Outdoors and very nurturing.
IV. The Emperor
The Workout:
FULL BODY WORKOUT with Superset method! Push, you can do it!
Reason:
The Emperor works hard and wants you to do your best. If you are not exhausted by the end of your workout, you didn’t try hard enough. No pain, no gain.
V. The Hierophant
The Workout:
Rest day. Pick up a magazine on fitness or some motivational material and read up on it.
Reason:
The Hierophant cannot help you with physical things, but he can give you the motivation to help you out the next couple of days!
VI. The Lovers
The Workout:

Reason:

VII. The Chariot
The Workout:
Cardio. Elliptical machine or treadmill.
Reason:
Move fast and you’ll see your rewards!
VIII. Strength
The Workout:
Chose what you feel is the weakest of your muscle groups currently. Do a long workout on that muscle group through repitition of reps, sets, and weights.
Reason:
Strength is a different Strength than The Emperor. Calm steady; slow.
IX. The Hermit
The Workout:
Rest day. Meditate and practice on breath work.
Reason:
Time to remember why you are doing this crazy workout regime in the first place!
X. Wheel of Fortune
The Workout:

*giggles* OK first to get the joke out of the way...
If you want to work out, you should lift something heavier than a tarot deck!! :D
Now to actual input: I think the hanged man should be an abdominal workout. Something like a swiss ball or one of those racks where you hang in the air and try to touch your toes.
Hangman reversed could be the bench you do back exersizes on (like upside down sit ups)
Death: Assessment day. Weigh yourself, measure yourself, get a check up. See what has changed, and what still needs to change.

Reason: Who needs one?
Wheel of Fortune
Workout: Spinning classes
Reason:
Great aerobic exercise, good for burning fat and calories
Justice: Pilates
Reason
Great body workout, good for posture and balance
Temperance: Swimming
Reason:
Great all round work out. Not pressure to joints.
The Devil: CHEAT DAY!!!
Reason:
You need to let off steam once in a while. Have a cheat day, stock up on whatever you want to eat or drink and binge. lol
The Tower:
Bungee jumping or another dangerous form of fun, hand gliding, parachuting
Reason:
Great fun, burns off calories.
The Star: Know you are on the right track, don't give up hope.
Reason:
encouragment, without hope you will fall back into old habits
I'll leave the others for the others - great idea btw:D

Oooooh, this sounds fun! Here are some more ideas…
Lovers: Like Caridwen, the first thought that came up was… Have some sex!! Reason: The body loves to do it! :P An alternative… This day just pamper yourself and love your body: reassure what you like about it, take a massage, use some moisturizing creams or take a relaxing bath.
Wheel of Fortune: Spinning at gym or taking a nice ride with your bike on the mountains. Reason: Hey! It’s a wheel!!
Justice: Weight lifting. Reason: The scales on the card. Its a good thing to do if you want to work all your muscles.
Hanged Man: Bungee jumping! Reason: This guy is upside down and hanging from a rope. And sure one needs great introspection before doing it. Alternative: Work your back and stretch it with that ladder on the wall (don’t know the name for this in English…) or do some meditation.
Devil: Dance all night on sexy clothes while having fun with friends. Reason: The devil likes to do it and it's fun! :D
Tower: Kiiiiiaaaaa! Practice some martial art or hitting a boxing sandbag. Reason: Mmmmh… well, sometimes they can break construction materials. Can’t they? Also, it will help you to let go off trapped energy.
Moon: Go diving or swimming. Reason: Is a complete exercise, you can see the depths and let your body tone up with water. You should also sleep a lot this day, since resting is always needed.
Sun: Play like a child. Practice some group sport like basket, volleyball or soccer, preferably outdoors and with the sun toasting your skin. You also can do some sunbathing. Reason: It’s a playful, social and outdoors card.
World: Trekking. Make a nice route and look at the nature around you. Reason: It's good to know we are a little part of this universe and to feel integrated on it. Also is good for your legs.

I hope to have the motivation to do it all this summer! I'll keep everyone posted in "my readings" so look for it later in the summer if interested. Thanks for all the great suggestions and keep them coming!
