hi everyone!
i'm wondering what your thoughts are on reversed cards. i've heard some readers don't use them. some leave them reversed if they naturally get that way through usage. or shuffle intentional reversed cards into the deck...
so basically it seems to be a personal preference. i haven't been using them. when i try it feels like all of my readings are extremely negative. but i feel i might be missing out on an entire level of accuracy.
any advice on this?

Hi Mystic Me! :)
Reversals are such a personal choice. You should do whatever works for you. A lot of people here are non-reversers and others like reversals...As said it is very personal. I personally love the fact that instead of 78 meanings you can get 156...But that is just me
If you do a search on reversals you will find quite a lot of other discussions on this contraversial topic :)

I always turn chunks of the deck around when I mix and shuffle, to keep them randomized. Give it a try for a few readings. an easy way to get a completely mixed deck is to toss the deck into the air over your bedspread, then swirl/smush the cards around in a circular pattern, then pull them all together, just making sure they're all face down (or all face up). Then shuffle thoroughly, and maybe even turn sections of the deck around again. You want things completely randomized. Once it feels ready, do a spread and try reading with the deck then, and see what happens for you.
If it doesn't appeal, or is hard to work with, you can always right the cards back the way you had them before.
