The Fool can represent someone who is not restricted by conventional beliefs, is spontaneous, is not restricted or conformist ... but that could refer to just about anyone, regardless of their sexuality.
There is another thread that is around at the moment (Gay Tarot) that looks at a very similar issue. There may be hints amongst the cards if you know them well that suggest such a thing but I wouldn't say that any one card could give you that kind of information.

As a gay man I have always used the more traditional decks ie rider-waite etc.Apart from the gay tarot deck(which I have ordered) Are there any cards in the Waite deck to represent a gay person in a reading or give any inclination that a gay person is in the querants life?

I never look at the cards for a gay card to define a person,
if they ask about love live it is usually a friend who I know isnt' gay.
when I am doing a reading about love and i get confused I pm the person to see if perhpas there is some homosexuality involved.
i dont' have the gay tarot yet i wouldnt' use it just for gay people, just like i dont' use the native american tarot for native canadian people only.
yet in real life i always give them a choice of decks to use and that works out the best.
for me there is no traditional vs gay tarot but how to use the traditional meanings and gay tarot pictures together,,
and the gay tarot meanings and the traditioanl tarot together.
there is no versus except for those who see a versus.

This is from "Tarot Unveiled - the method to it's magic", by Laura Clarson:
(she lists certain card combinations that can indicate specific meanings.)
GAY PERSON:
page of cups
Queens (for males)
Kings or Knights (for females).
...........................
personally I dont know about that. Just relaying to you what the book said. ;)
Maybe assign your own meanings to certain cards. If it means that to YOU, then it is probably right.

Welcome.
I really don't think there are cards which specifically represent sexual preference and respectfully disagree with the writer who suggested Queens could represent gay males and Knights lesbian women. The Court cards, what ever they are, have many possible interpretations. The High Priestess can represent aspects of all men, for example, expecially if they are intuitive.
What the cards mean will depend on your question and the surrounding cards.

I totally agree Moongold ...
With 'The Fool' as an example, a person may be very spontaneous and lack any kind of commitment in the area of their love life - being an unconventional lover and not willing to be tied down to the way society or their partner expects. Whereas, in the work place, they may be very different - the kind of person that works from the rule book, has set plans and goals, and acts within the confines of their job. They would, therefore, not be the 'Fool' in all aspects of their life.
I do see the courts as people but they are also personality traits as well. What makes them special is that in different parts of our lives and with different people, we display little parts of all of them. I may have elements of one of the kings in my personal life, but may very much work with the traits of a certain queen when it comes to work. Of course, as we grow, these elements can change, so it would be difficult to slot a court into a certain pigeon hole. As I work more with the cards, it is the combinations at the time of reading that is important to me, so I suppose that in a said reading, certain aspects of courts mixed with those of the other 78 cards could hint at a possible feminine or masculine energy - this however, does not suggest that someone may be gay. It is up to the querent to relate to that and bring the information to the reading (if they want to) as you work at eliminating and suggesting posibilities that may be helpful.

This question has come up many times before, and I will respond with my usual answer, which no one has actually explained to me yet - Why do you want to know who is gay or straight?
