All of them!!!
If at a spread about health or at one spread have a place to health it cam be a disease. Even Tne sun talks about cardiac problems, of course that depends of the encircle cards. The swords depending of the number talks about an operation generally. Only the world is a good health, always. The car talks about stress and problems whith muscels, the devi id the neck, the justice is whith fat, the streght can be aids, drugs, and so on.

I have read for some people with health issue for example i read for a woman on a hot phone line job that i had, she was worring about a medical exam to find out whether she had HIV and the 5 of pentacles came up in the up right position i told her no to worry so much and to wait for the result of her test. within a week she call me back and told me that the exam came back negative, but i had the 5 of pentacles reversed showing up on people with HIV and others STD. The 10 of pentacles about back problems due to heavy lifting, ace of swords for dental work, surgery and heart problems, the 8 of swords for someone that was blind, judgement for hearing impeared and eye problems, the magician reversed for mental illness, the moon for depression and menstrual problems. the Moon with the 7 of cups or page of cups drug and alcohol adiction, page of swords reversed for Autism. the empress for weight problems I have to go now but if i happen to remenber some more i will post it here.

I think it was MeeWah who first drew my attention to the concept of Swords being indicative of operations as well as sometimes pointing to cancer and I saw this in action last summer. It turned out the cancer was terminal although there was talk of operating. Out of 5 cards, three were Swords: the 10 (indicating the anguish - and of course the concept that it really doesn't get much worse than this), the 5 (showing how the patient was withholding information from the querent at some cost to himself) and the 4 (which was the final card). The other two were the 5 Pentacles (in the Gilded shown as a mother reluctantly handing her child over - in this case spot on as the patient's father had also recently died and it was the mother who was consulting me) and the Wheel, which appeared in the low point of the V-shaped spread I was using, which seemed very appropriate.

In various contexts I see Wands as being connected with neurological illnesses. There is something about the quick response of a healthy neurological system alongside the lightening quick responses of intuition. There is a connection too about energy and fire.
I stress this is a purely personal association :). Others may rightly see no connection.
