Trimmed Waking the Wild Spirit

Has anyone else trimmmed the Waking the Wild Spirit Tarot? These pictures just seemed to beg to be rid of the borders!

OMG! Waking the Wild Spirit is so near and dear to my heart! And the backs are so beautiful! I can't believe you trimmed it. Especially since it's out of print now. The fronts may look good, but what about the backs now?

But it's your deck and you certainly had every right to trim it if you wanted to. Sorry for my "horrification".

Yes, I did worry about the backs, but they actually turned out okay. The pointy head fairy has lost his huge conehead (on the back and side of the cards), but you can still see both fairies. I actually prefer Mr. Conehead without so much of a point .
This was a deck I loved but didn't use, so I trimmed it to inspire me to use it more.

I'm thinking of taking the shears to several decks!!

Does anyone know if this deck is going to be reprinted?? I've been looking around the 'net but can't find anything. Someone here mentioned it once, I think.

QUESTION: do you notice any splitting apart of the layers once a card is trimmed?? I'd hate to find out the hard way ~ ~
