9 of Cups as Destiny with Someone

What does it mean to get the 9 of cups (Voyager tarot) as the card symbolizing one's destiny with another?

In the Voyager, the card is "Fullfillment", and the main imagery is wine glasses filled with wine, grapes turned into wine, seeds to fruit, seeds to flowers. Beautiful card. Otherwise also known as the Wish Card.

I would agree fullfillment with that person - be it emotional or sexual. Fun, joyful times with them. A sense of waking up next to them and feeling like all your wishes have been granted when you look at them.

9 is like six with added bonus in six you are safe there may be problems that come along but you can always deal with them quickly and without too much pain. Altyhough things are getting repetitive. In the nine things are dynamic enough for the boredom to not be an issue while safe enough for youto not experience many problems. A very powerful card. However in the longterm it is likely to slip into the 10 which although seems almost perfect does lend itself to stagnation. "so keep your love forever young".
