Legalities in Professional Readings...

FaerieSage

I've seen smatterings about what labels are illegal in what areas. I was wondering if anyone had a compiled list of them? I'm in Colorado, and I've seen so many different labels, I'm not sure what's legit and what's not, and if anyone even cares!

A quick and easy way, for your area, is to look through the yellow pages phone book and find someone in the profession and call them with the question (since they'll likely have had to go through the same question themselves to set up their business). They'll be found under various headings, not all the phone books across the country are the same. Try Occult, Psychic, Tarot and Metaphysical. Usually you can find the tarot readers listed under Psychic.

Hey you! Wheat Ridge, CO has a standing ordinance against readers.
