I found my pendulum. It was caught by the lint trap in the dryer. Now I have a clean one at least. So happy I got it back. |

I have a board that has an alphabet marked out in a half-circle that can be used to spell out words. I use a better pendulum than it came with now, but I've had it since I was a child ... as part of the Kreskin's ESP Game from Milton Bradley. Erasable whiteboard or a chalkboard makes a nice customizable pendulum board. You can put down the various options for specific questions and save a lot of time trying to spell something on an alphabet board. |

That is a very cool idea! I was toying around with the idea of laying out scrabble tiles in an arc, as well. __________________ Spiritualists and Shamans do the same job psychiatrists and psychologists do, using the same tools, and obtaining about the same results. --E. Fuller Torrey, M.D. |

This is such a great topic...I've been finding lovely pendulums made of diffrent stone or silver, etc etc and no matter where I go I seem to keep stumbling across more of them. Like something is calling me to own one - they are beautiful things. I never gave it a lot of thought except for having used stand-in pendulums for yes or no questions and reverse circles meant a certain thing according to a book I was reading at thaat time. These ideas give me the input I need to give myself an excuse for finally buying one. Really good advice about making your own board! __________________ "... until his ceiling hung with vines and the walls became the world all around. ~ Maurice Sendak "Some of the things I believed are no longer beliefs and some things I have said were bordering on absurd; some very funny looking back, and some were just mistakes of enthusiasm." ~Rosanne |
