i check on my green jade...and yes they look the same, only the yellow one was heavier because it was bigger. i like it the first time i saw it but i am hopeful if it will make me feel better. thank you once again for the time and the effort to help me identify it...it was kind of a mystery to me for a month until today. |

Jade ( without calcification) can not be scratched with a sharpe metal object. You can confirm your suspisions by trying a scratch test. Otherwise agate is slightly less refliective and much less dense (specific gravity). Glad you found out what you stone is.. __________________ Full cup, steady hand.
