An Exchange Request :)
Hello Everyone! I come to you with a special request: I have recently been experiencing immense pain on my left shoulder that no amount of massage and ibuprofen/acetaminophen can cure. I am asking for all the specially gifted clairvoyants, remote viewers, empaths to scan me (if you can) and tell me if there is some other malady within me that I need to be aware of? In exchange for this I would love to do a reading or several readings (tarot cards). Ask any question you'd like... Very much in pain, Ww

Shoulder pain
Well i'm a personal trainer.. I can try to help... what kind of pain are you feeling in the shoulder Is it more in the trapiezus area... where the neck and shoulder meet??? are you feeling it in the front of the delt...or in the back near the shoulder blade? I would say that maybe you have a disc out of place in your neck...causing pressure on a nerve....have you gone to a chiropractor yet? I'd bet money on that. also metaphysically...shoulder pain is caused from over stress... the feeling of having the weight of the world on your shoulders so to speak. Try a hot bath...some wine...maybe a muscle relaxer .....stretch your neck.. ice your neck and shoulder... THAT BEING SAID...You didn't have an accident that could have caused more severe injury did you???? Good luck. __________________ Peaceful Soul, Bethany |

Thank you LadyKathryn, the pain is sharp and it is mainly concentrated on the left shoulder blade. I do happen to collect all my stress, all my worries right on the left shoulder which is also the heart place. I did have a couple of car accidents back in my 20's. So long ago it seems. I am doing the wine thing and yes i take acetaminophen and ibuprofen like they're going out of style I even tried vicks vapor rub on it since it was about the only thing that was able to get me some sleep the other night.

sharp....sounds like it's muscle.. find a hard ball... like a racket ball... you know the hard little blue rubber balls used to play racket ball? LOL find some open space on a wall and put the ball against the wall..then lean on the ball with the affected area. It hurts to roll on the ball...but i'm guessing you'll find a pretty big knot back there... and most ppl collect stress there...because most of us spend our days behind a desk with horrible posture and weakened deconditioned bodies. try that...and try ice for now...and drink lots and lots of water to help flush the toxins from the muscle. If you don't drink the water after having used the blue ball to roll it out.. you could get sick... at the very least feel like dung... Good luck...and i'd still consult a chiropractor. Hi, I'm not a physician of any type, but, I had a pain in my shoulder blade for 3 days. It got so bad that nothing worked to ease the pain except standing in a hot shower for long periods. I realized I couldn't spend the rest of my life in the shower, so I went to a chiropractor. He's a really good one, but I got no relief. The pain was so bad I had stopped eating. I finally went to the hospital and they said that I had an abscess on my 1st and 3rd vertebrae that was draining into my spinal column, and that if I didn't agree to surgery right away, they would have to send me home -- it was life or death. Long story short, I thought i had a stiff neck when it all started, it just kept getting worse. AND surgery went like clockwork and all is well, now. (this all happened a year ago). So, don't wait too long. Morphine was the only thing that took my pain away. And the moment I awoke from surgery, I didn't need it anymore. |

chest pains
Well if you've been to the doctor and they aren't worried to the point of sending you for xrays and what not.. chest pains... could be Intercostal Condritus... it's a cronic and extreemly painful infilamtion of the muscle between the ribs..and well...we have ribs that go up pretty much to our collar bones. Try ibruprohen.. at the very least take some Bayer asprin just incase it's HEART related..and not muscle Obviously EVERYONE should seek out their docotors! __________________ Peaceful Soul, Bethany |

Just throwing this out there... My sister got sharp shoulder pains at one point, and it turned out to be that she had gotten a new phone which caused her to crick her neck in a way to cradle it that jarred something inside. Once she stopped holding the phone that way, the pain ceased. Her doctor had also asked her if she had changed handbags or started carrying a heavier one at the time. Just some things to consider. I'm not a health care professional, so see your doctor!
