sage throat rinse this is a fantastic gargle for sore throats(although it is not tasty) 1 cup apple cider vineger 1 cup trple strength sage tea infusion 2 to 3 teaspoons salt pinch of cayenne combine all the ingriediants.gargle this freaquently throughout the day. ps- anyone else here do reiki |
