Mystical Lenormand

I just bought my first Lenormand deck - it's on its way from Tarotchest. I bought a copy of the Mystical Lenormand. I haven't a clue what to do with it

Is there a book I could buy please?

The only book I know of is Sylvie's book, http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Lenorm...7427754&sr=1-1

It didn't work for me, but there is a study guide here for you to look at, that uses the book.

When I started on Lenormand, I went through the cards and LWB and jotted down meanings - what the book said, what I saw.

Then pop over to the reading circles and check out some spreads that we've used in the past and start trying them out.

I think joining the circle is a big help too.

I might have to do without the book ... it's a little on the dear side ($40 for a copy on Amazon UK, and whilst cheaper in the US you have to add shipping .....) I shall have to use the AT resources

Nope... but there are many ways to get to grips with Lenormand. Im at work right now and shouldn't be skivving, but let me have a think. Feel free to PM me and I'll have a think which routes I went down to get meanings and stuff...

There's a site somewhere, which is really good...

The most obvious (as well as incredible) difference to reading Lenormand spreads is the lines. They can spread in all directions: horizontal, vertical, diagonal. Directions that the character or animal faces will play into it too. It helps me to think of a chessboard and bring the cards to life as they move through their world there.
