well there is a whole subforum dedicated to study groups to wich you can acces through the main page , it is the last one of the " tarot" categories "

at the top of that forum , are the study groups guidelines , wioch you should read , but basically you should post a thread named something like "luis royo dark tarot" etc. ( after checking it doesnt exist yet , wich it probably doesnt because it is new ) and people will post if they want to start a study group, at first there wont be a lot of responses because not many people own this deck yet. in that threath you'll talk about the deck in general and decide how to go on about it , then you and whoever is interested in it , can start a thread for each card titled something like " luis royo dark tarot 1 ; the magician" and so on with every card. in that thread you either descrive the card of post a low res image or a link to the image , etc. and discuss any and all aspects of the card you feel like talking about. and everybody gives their point of view , and you discuss the cards etc.
then you should pm the study group moderator with the links to the threads you have created so an index guide can be created about the given study group.
in fact you could search the study roup for a deck you alredy own read anbd participate in the threads so you see how it is and how it works
