Quite an intense gaze on her. At first it was maybe a bit too intense for me, I probably would have opted for something more ethereal however if she is entrusting us with this sword I think the air of seriousness is probably very appropriate to the interpretation of the card. Sort of "I'm trusting you with this, don't disappoint me."
Thanks for posting the link. I'm not sure what I think of her expression to be honest. Something about it doesn't feel quite right for me. I'll be keen to see more of the cards though.

I have no problem with her expression; I wonder about her physique. Her shoulders look masculine to me.

I would kill for those shoulders! (But obviously, I wouldn't do enough push ups to get them, or else I'd have them.)

I LOVE her physique. I love that she is depicted as both physically and spiritually strong, yet beautiful and elusive as well.

Carla- I am halfway to shoulders like that. It seems to take tons of yoga and shoulder presses that make you cry!

This is great news! I love the Arthurian and wanted an oracle to go with it. Wisdom of Avalon didn't work for me! I think the Lady of the Lake is one of the most challenging women in Arthurian legend. She should have a look like that. Although I always think of Monty Python and giggle ("Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government...).

Smile Guess my vision is stuck in the 90's, just me

I think Miranda Gray's HPS/Lady of the Lake did impress my inner landscape.

But this is a new world for many, there are many mansions available in the Arthurianscape of your choice.

I wonder if Guinevere will be dark or fair and Keira Knightly or...?

If Soveignty also looks like a pirate lass, than I will say, 'Arg' and sail on...

Yoho,yoho, a pirate's life for me!
