Russian Tarot of St. Petersburg. I had mixed feelings about buying it, (I had been de-enabled, but there it was, on sale, for 80 % off!) I have mixed feelings about using it. If I remember right it's a little on the bleh side. But I will see.

It seems to be all right this afternoon, now that it's dried out some more (it's actually shuffleable now, although it needs to be sat upon by a large book *g*). I absolutely adore the deck, it's quite brilliant! But the card quality makes me want to cry -- the lamination was already peeling on some of the cards when it arrived. ![]() Regardless, unless one of my in-transit decks ends up grabbing me by the ear and hauling me off, the Physics will probably be next week's deck! Last week's Grimoire-fest was very entertaining -- this week it looks like we've got quite an interesting variety in the thread. Looking forward to hearing about all these decks I don't own.

I'm going to work with the Women's Tarot this week and try to work with elemental dignities (swords and wands are switched). Also, the Goddess Oracle. |

Well, after 3 weeks officially using Wheel of Change but not having much time to, I think it's time to move on. This week is Tarot of Reflections, one of several Lo Scarabeo decks I'm fond of. Big difference between my tastes pre-hiatus and post. Pre, I avoided LS decks like the plague. Post, newly released decks that came from publishing houses other than LS were no longer of great interest to me. |
