Beginner Pendulum Exchanges
I see that a few of us have just gotten our pendulums and I know mine works for me, so I am sure that I am not the only one that wants to try it out on others. We can ask questions we already know are a yes/no and then one we don't know, or just one we don't know. It's really up to the asker. I just want to see if mine works on others. I have a bunch of charts in this chart book I just bought that has an alphabet one, too. So you can ask me anything other than a yes/no also. Anyone want to practice or try out their pendulum with me? -QOW |

Hi, QOW -- I'm surprised no one has responded to your cool proposal of pendulum exchanges here! I'm interested, although I do need to say that I'm a bit busier than usual this week, so I'm not sure how devoted I can be on this until maybe the weekend or so... I did, however, recently get my first pendulum -- Tiger's Eye -- and I'd welcome the chance to work with it some more. I like your idea of asking some yes/no questions whose answers we already know, just so as to gauge accuracy a bit (I'm guessing you mean we'd each ask a few of these kinds of questions, get the readings, and then reveal what the true answers were...?). And then we could do some more divinatory reading-type questions after that, whose answers we actually don't know...? I don't have any charts, but it seems like it would be easy enough to make some, just by writing down a few limited choices, hovering the pendulum over each one in turn, and then seeing how the pendulum responds to each choice...? Would that work? I think I'd like to try that method... Anyway, I don't know how soon you want to jump into this, but if no one else replies to this thread after I bump it, I'd be willing to do a little two-person exchange (or several) with you. |

Awesome! That sounds great. That's what I had in mind about asking the questions. Just PM me when your ready, so I know you posted, or you can go ahead and post some questions and I can check them later today and we can start whenever you have time. I'll leave this thread open as long as you want to exchange, and also for whoever else might want to jump in. I'm excited to start exchanging and can't wait!! -QOW |

Sounds great!! I have to head out to some appointments soon, and I won't be able to post questions today, I don't think, but I'm thinking furiously about this already, and will do my best to put up a solid post by tomorrow at some point. I think some "test" questions like we discussed would be good, a few more yes/no questions to which we *don't* already know the answers would be cool, and I do still like the idea of trying out that method of asking questions with a few possible choices or a few possible answers and then seeing how the pendulum reacts when held over each one. If you're game for all of that, I'll post something substantial ASAP, and I'll definitely PM you to let you know the game is afoot...

oh i would if i had my pendy but i dont apparently its in the post ebay lol. plus im not sure how to use them i have to learn before i attempt anything on this scale lol. But well done you i would love to sit back and watch this thread though if thats ok. Thanks Q.O.W much appreciate the offer Well 1 week later and this am i received my pendy,s 2 of them. So far i dont feel i have conected but given time i would love to do exchanges, if i manage to conect with them or 1 of them. I will keep watching this post and truly i would love to give this a go. How long does it actually take to connect with the pendilum usually, i.e when would one realise/give up on a particular pendilum. thanks __________________ thank you and may the angels be with you Last edited by louiseb; 09-05-2012 at 00:28. |

So with all that said, here are some questions I came up with to serve as my own "starter round," which will hopefully work well: "Test" Questions -- yes/no (for which I already know the true answers) --Is the front door to my home on the east side of the building? --Was I born on a Wednesday? --Am I right-handed? "Real" Questions -- yes/no (I don't know the answers to these) --Would I gain significantly by taking the "LE" study course just recommended to me? --Will the series of CD's I'm starting on yield actual, significant results? --Would it be positive for me overall to pursue VO work at this time? "Multiple Choice" Questions -- more than two choices (I don't know these answers, either, and my theory was that by writing each choice down or speaking each one aloud, we can then clock the pendulum's reactions to each) --Which of these four alternatives, if focused on next, would give me back the greatest beneficial results: GM, MM, LA, or KY? --Which potential mentor-figure I've recently met would prove to be the greatest teacher for me personally at this time: SV, AG, CG, or TK? I think that should be plenty for starters! Please let me know if these look acceptable to you for doing the reading(s). If not, like I said, I can modify, and if these are cool with you, please take your time as needed in responding with results -- no rush! Hopefully this will just be fun and educational for us! You can also post your questions in return whenever you're ready with them. I'm in and out this weekend, but I should be able to sit down with the pendulum at some point...looking forward to exchanging with you! |
