The Version 4 is just Perrrrrrrrrrrfect!!!!

In the 2 previous versions of the Rainbow snake, the one where the snake was bigger was better but the bush was too big.

Now, version 4 is impeccable! I love the background, the stump on which the snake lies down, the bush hidding it and the roses in the back, and there is depth to the card!

My vote goes for Version 4, this is "the" card snake for me

...and yes, i think you are right about the bush being too large...it is really hard to add
something like that to an image because of the skinny branches all over the place...
It is so much work getting rid of the background 'ghosts' after cutting out, etc.

So version 4 works for me as well...i did add the rose bush in the back...
...actually with version 4 i used soooooo many different parts of soooooo many different images
to make just this one image!
...but i am happy with this one and i am so glad everyone likes it the best so far!

... well, i just couldn't help myself...i HAD to do another lennie card today:
...here is the 13. CHILD card...i am in love with it! LOL

i think it shows the 'innocence' and the 'newness' of things a child would experience...
...when they are full of curiosity and the world looks bright, beautiful, and exciting...before
they know what we know LOL

Oh, regarding this image...i did rework the original quite a bit... the child was actually walking
down a colorless (darker) path...i took her off of that path and took out the whole darkness thing
and put her into the brighter side of the image...i really love it now!

That's a classic, eh? I think she's walking in the wrong direction--or the path is lying in the wrong direction maybe is she going off the path into the field?

Debra, I fixed the path, and i gave her a 'face' so now you can see which way she is going...
...this has made a BIG difference...and she is now 'not' going into the field to pick flowers LOL...
(Note: She could be coming 'from' the tree and was picking flowers in that area... )

i loved this before, but now i really love it!

p.s... Just in case you were also referring to whether she faces left or right...
i just checked 5 popular decks and she is facing the correct direction.

ETA: If need be, i can add a 'y' to the path and bring it 'around' this side of the tree?

My first words when the pic popped up :"Oh, this is gorgeous!" I do love your child card!!! It is so beautiful and yes, like you said the "the 'innocence' and the 'newness' of things a child would experience...when they are full of curiosity and the world looks bright, beautiful, and exciting..." is well shown! and I love the rainbow in the background, so well speaking about the meaning of the Child Card, once again! And it is in perfect harmony with the other cards; continuing to create such a stunning Lenormand "Shabby Chic style"

You did great Lyn! This is another card that is not only a sight to behold but also speaking out so well the language of the Oracle!

The child card is quite lovely; but i am afraid i don't think her face blends very well. i can't quite put my finger on what it is; but i think it will work with the tiniest bit of tweaking.

ETA: i know what it is-- her face needs to be a little smaller under the hat.

Make the childs face a bit smaller height wise and then it's PERFECT! I love that card the most so far Doing good
