Pokes nose into the Pub. Hi folks! I just got out of a pleasant bath. What's new? (Other than various annoyances) __________________ "My Clan is Ghost Cat [...] we do not seek conflict. I had a friend w/ arthritis who crocheted... she told me she held the hook something like this: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y12...p/IMAG0463.jpg (I THINK... it was a long time ago we talked and I don't remember too clearly... but she also held real pencils and pens in whatever manner it was and found it eliminated all the pain.) Worth a try? x (((emmsma))) Feel better soon x Ok, gotta run... meant to leave in 5 mins and nor brushed hair, cleaned teeth, packed laptop etc etc!!!!! Have a fab day everyone, see you later! |

That looks lovely, thank you! I just walked between 5 and 6 miles, walking on road surface (fields too wet to use footpaths) admittedly with a planned stop for tea and cake in the middle. I have some blisters coming under the toes on my left foot I think, but even if it was only 5 miles (need to drive it and measure carefully) that's the furthest I've managed for a while. So these new insoles, plus emergency bits he added last time I was at the clinic, seem to be not bad at all! Happy but foot-sore right now, can I put my feet up on that basket I see and do my knitting in the shade? I had to go early whilst it was cloudy but dry, because forecast says heavy rain again later - I got TWO tarot decks in the post today, both from overseas, one a present, and I had to leave tham at home unopened. Didn't have time to enjoy them, couldn't carry the extra weight. Oh, we can look at them together at the table in the shade....

Morning to you - just made some coffee.... 6 miles isn't far in comparison to what I used to walk, that's the thing, but it's the best so far, so I have hope. Walking is my love, and my only real form of exercise, so I need to get these insoles working for me. Decks were "Rosetta Tarot - a gift from my lovely girl, and the "Secret Kabbalah" a circular deck, all my pocket money for July and August ![]() from babydream in Taiwan http://www.ebay.com/itm/Secret-Kabba...cc65fe9cd#shId __________________ Deep in the green; call loudly in the woods if you want me! |
