Centenary Special Rider-Waite Tarot

Hello guys I already recieved help from the comunity and this time I would like to know where I can find
1 Centenary Special Rider-Waite Tarot by lo scarabeo
and
2 Original Rider Waite-Smith Tarot by lo scarabeo

I checked online and none of the amazon stores have them do you have any idea?

We can easily find the original rider Waite and the Pamela commemorative set from us games
but when It comes to lo scarabeo no trace. I am looking to get these one because I dislike the us games mark on the side of the cards that lo scarabeo doesn't do
Can someone help me please?

There is a deck issued by them called on the box "Pamela Colman Smith RWS Tarot" which was issued in the Centenary year. Alidastore lists it as "Centenary Special Rider Waite Tarot".

It is only available in Europe because of copyright issues with US Games, as I understand it.

I couldn't find anything by Lo Scarabeo titled Original Rider Waite-Smith Tarot, though there is, as you mention, a deck titled that issued by US Games.

Welcome to Aeclectic, danny18!

The US Games Commemorative set comes with softbound version of the Pictorial Key to the Tarot (although it doesn't have pictures!), a book on Pamela Colman Smith and some postcards of her art. The images have all been tinted/tea stained a green-ish color. Some folks love the color and some hate it. See this thread for more info on the USG deck.

The Lo Scarabeo version looks more like the yellow-box US Games version, but the images have been cropped slightly to accommodate the multilingual titles. If I remember correctly they also added rays to the Sun card. See this thread for more info on the LoS deck.

Another difference is the cardstock Danny, so keep that in miind. The US Games PCS edition has thick (very thick) cardstock. I would personally go with the LOS edition, despite the titles, because of the thinner/standard cardstock, but your preferences may vary. I also read a while ago, when LOS issued this centenary edition deck, that at the time it wasn't what they really had in mind and that there may be another version released in the not too distant future (maybe when the copyright expires?). Perhaps someone from LOS could chime in and confirm if I read this correctly.

Thank you for the clarification yes I like lo scarabeo better I just can't get over the us printed on the front. I maybe sound picky but it does matter

If you want a good RWS and you don't want those awful multi-lingual titles, look on ebay for a blue box Rider or an early US Games Rider from the 1970s - they are gorgeous. The card stock feels like linen and they have a very light matte varnish.

After those my favourite is the Centenary edition by US Game- I think it's lovely and the cardstock is gorgeous - not too thick and with a lovely, old, waxy feel. It's also known as the PCS deck or the Smith-Waite Tarot Centennial Edition: http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/smith-waite/
