Hi guys, just wondering if anyone could help with a spread, i have looked but couldnt find one that suits my needs but i may have over looked it, and i have never made my own spread before. basically i need a spread to see what someones intentions are in a relationship. i have my feelings they are selfish intentions (particularly about money), and would like to see what the cards can tell me. does anyone know of a good spread that could work? Thanks

I typically like to use a three-card spread like this one: Mind Body Spirit I find this simple spread allows me to answer a lot of open questions in many ways. Not necessary the future spread but I often able to see where the path could head to by knowing the thoughts and actions of the querent. With this spread, I hope you can see their intention, how they actually act upon it, as well as how they feel about the action and/or intention as well. Good luck! |

Relationship spread
Spread I use tends to be this: P1 - Relationship - P2 []......[].....[] Past / Root of the problem []......[].....[] Present / Heart of the problem []......[].....[] Future / Outcome, how it is taken by others This will give me the overall situation on both persons in relationship and what is going on right now. The past, present and future can be also the root of the problem, the heart of the problem and how it looks outside to others. It depends what the querant wants exactly. The middle cards show where and how the two personalities clash in the situation. Though I think it is pretty basic, I don't remember looking it up from anywhere. It's just something that came when it was needed. Last edited by l6mmeleht; 25-07-2012 at 18:46. Reason: Adding title |

Not sure if this might help http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?t=101685 but I often use it and not just for new aquaintances but just to see reactions sometimes... This also is a good one too.. http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?t=100320 Things Aren't Always What They Seem good luck __________________ Blessings, Dolphin_Dreamer "It isn't intuitive ease I'm after, but rather a point of view which is sufficiently definite to clear up some difficulties and that can be rationally criticized..."/"...in math you don't understand things, you just get used to them" --Karl Popper/John von Neumann |

1......2......3......4......5 1 - The person's current situation (what the querent should/needs to know) 2 - The person's motivation / what they want 3 - How they feel about the querent 4 - Querent's feelings 5 - Outcome / Advice (ie, where is this going) __________________ "A famous person once said; 'you can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time' ... but, as I (an even more famous person) say; 'if you don't teach them to read, you can fool them whenever you like!'"
