We had a major thunderstorm go through day before yesterday -- trees down, power out, etc. We're used to those sorts of storms... Except for some unknown reason (really...I *NEVER* do this...) I left my car windows open.  Trying to find a way to dry my car out without paying the big bucks to get it done LOL __________________ The most wasted of all days is one without laughter. ~e e cummings ~~~~~~~~ Give a person a fish and you feed him for a day. I guess you haven't been watching my favorite new TV show, "Bunheads", on the ABC Family Channel? On this week's episode, they had some leaky pipes and needed to dry the carpet before it mildewed, so five of them got on their knees, each with a hair-dryer in hand...

Hi Zan - we don't often pass, but this week I have my internet back working so am trying to use it in gratefulness! Hope you're enjoying your summer break. I am. July felt stressed (I stopped my day in school a few weeks ago) but now it's August it feels like a break

Nice sunny day, not a cloud in the sky...Car is opened up, all floor mats on my porch, Elaina's seat removed. (This one's a bit easier - I can take the cover off it and launder it like usual.) With luck it'll be a nice not-so-humid day, and I'll be well on the way to a dry car... I'm still going to town after a bit for grocery shopping, and I'll grab some Damp Rid  I really would rather not spend my tiny slush fund (and a great deal of non-spare) money on detailing right now. The car's just not DIRTY...I pamper it. LOL
