Um, Elendil PM'd me and said there was a party in this thread... I'm going to be doing a different deck every day, choosing the decks with a method I call Closing My Eyes and Pulling a Deck at Random from the Basket. I've already done a spread this morning with the Thoth, and the Thoth does what it always does when I haven't used it in a while- gave me one of those spectacular, insightful spiritual readings. Then it refuses to talk to me for the rest of the week. So, it's one to pull out now and again, but not for daily use. I wonder which deck I'll be using tomorrow. __________________ Beware of a place, a smile on a bright shining face... |

Only because I am unable relate to them in any way. I have the same problem with cats dressed in Baroque costume. I can't seem to even give the dragons away. I have the Celtic Dragons and the LoS. Someday I will become an actual paying subscriber and try to unload them in the trading forum.

Day 2: The World Spirit Tarot
The World Spirit Tarot (by Jessica Godino and Lauren O'Leary) The images of the World Spirit Tarot were originally black and white linoleum block prints. These were later coloured by hand. Suits are 'traditional' Wands (FIRE), Cups (WATER), Swords (AIR) and Pentacles (EARTH) although the court cards have been renamed Seer (Page), Seeker (Knight), Sibyl (Queen) and Sage (King). Each card has a wide black border which sets off the vibrant colours of the images perfectly. The deck is an adaptation of the Rider- Waite - Smith Tarot but has its own particular spin. I find the images of these cards work particularly well for intuitive interpretations. |
