So far the best thing has been meditating with them. I'll keep trying different things as you suggest. Thanks

Infinite is a trade name for a mix of Serpentine and Chrysotile, or just Serpentine by anyone else selling it. __________________ Full cup, steady hand. In any case, I do wish you luck with the crystals. I can tell you, my mate is extremely cynical and he has had to accept that black tourmaline really does take the pain in his hips away... ;p He is certain that at least *that* stone works! ![]() ETA I just read your post about the pain "running away" from the crystals, Dawn. Perhaps you can try blue Kyanite? That one is supposed to clear out/realign the chakras, sometimes all at once and very forcefully! I can rarely wear mine, I know that - one day of it is quite enough...

O/t
A rheumatologist whose specialty is psychiatry? Hmmm... I'd take that with a large grain of salt! Some doctor's are so egotistical! They don't have an answer for you so manage to somehow make it your fault. Hmph! __________________ ♠♦♦"We are quicksilver, a fleeting shadow, a distant sound. I once went to a well-reputed vet because my dog was limping. This "well-reputed" vet touched my dog's shoulder with his hands and stated "your dog has elbow dysplasia, a serious and incurable disease!" I couldn't help but laugh. What - he had x-ray vision in his palms? ;p Further follow-up x-rays with a second vet cleared everything up. The dog did NOT have elbow dysplasia. ;p In fact, there was absolutely nothing wrong with him except for being a puppy in growth stages. (and he is still fine, all these years later.) He stopped limping once he grew a bit more. Fancy that! lol... I think it is helpful to seek second and third opinions when dealing with doctors... __________________ L' éssentiel est invisible pour les yeux. - Antoine de St-Exupéry, Le Petit Prince.
