Finally, lunchtime arrives.

Blood test quick and easy. Doctor lovely. Then 90 mins later I notice I have acquired a big red raised bean-shaped area where the test was done. No bruising just blood!! Guess it isn't my week. Nothing showed at the surgery at all...

Anyway, cold chicken and hot veg coming up. I have finished the penultimate iteration of this pdf - one to go on Friday. I'm going to chill - in more ways than one unfortunately *runs and turns CH on*

I have had lunch and will let it settle before going and cycling. I would row but the morning's work played merry hell with the arm and I'm not sure it would be sensible. Still, if I cycle I get to go away in my mind just as much as if I rowed so I'm not unhappy. Provided I vary the resistance it'll be a decent workout.

Very helpfully the doctor said it is self-limiting and will go with or without treatment. It will last for between six months and a year. One month down ... hopefully only about five to go because I am being very good and doing my exercises. I see the physio again next week.

Today's pain will subside when the hefty dose of painkiller hits the spot . I had promised myself I would save the decent painkillers for bedtimes but desperate times and all that ...

It's himself's but this house operates on a joint ownership policy. I think I own my toothbrush and undies in my own right, but everything else is more ours than mine. And it's the same with him.

I would say I own my clothes but we've been known to swap T shirts and jog pants. But I guess he wouldn't want my dresses.
