Tarot of the Absurd .... FINISHED - Page 20

I am so excited. The first round of decks is printed. He's printing them in small batches to keep quality high. I get to pick them up tomorrow, sometime after I get back home (I am out of town). So, hopefully, I'll start mailing them out by the end of the week.

And I bought a bunch more black lace ribbon to tie boxes with (right now there are only 2 with black ribbon). My partner (who is French-speaking-Canadian) used some fancy French word to describe the delightful touch that black lace ribbon adds to the deck.

It has been 5 months since I first went to the printer. My baby will be 5 months old in exactly 2 days.

Universal excuse:
Oh, gosh, I'm sorry & I will go look for it right now.
In the middle of all this, my old computer got a bad case of narcolepsy
(falls asleep unpredictably & is virtually impossible to wake up
without removing and reinserting the battery)
so I figgered it was time for a new computer for the first time in 8 years
but as it's been so long, none of my old programs work on my new computer
(longer & longer excuse)
& I cant update my website or anything until I buy all new stuff
so I apologize especially to you.
I will reply ASAP.

MEANWHILE
Last night I picked up the decks that were printed. 50% were okay
meaning 50% were not

which leaves me with a grand total of (tiny drumroll)
15 decks to get mailed out to the first 15 people who ordered
which must occur sometime during infrequent naps.
I will let you know who you are
and when your decks are mailed
and I thank you for your continued patience.

Okay, I mailed out decks to everyone whom I notified I was mailing decks to.
I think I emailed you all when the deck went out, too.
If I did not tell you I was mailing a deck, it is because I do not yet have enough decks.
Printing is again at a standstill.
