#6 old old place
young woman, late teens, early 20's in a long dress with a hat or cap on her head walking back and forth between the fireplaces. Clothes and cap are light colored, nun or like whatever a person is called before they take vows to be a nun. Maybe a nurse, but what popped in my head was, (nun, but not a nun)

(editing to add this nun, not a nun is not happy about her personal situation)

I didnt get much from the outside shots, the one of the church on the hill seemed like there was something to do with cows.

something hidden, things not all what they seem, light and dark That's what I get, a strange mix of light and dark, secrets, energies still there, obviously a lot of people have been there feeling a female energy that has been there a long time, like her job to watch over. That's all I got.

OK, here I go:
Picture 8 – I copied this picture and put it in MS Word so I could adjust the color. When I lightened it up a bit, there is much more detail visible. I got the distinct feeling that someone fell down these stairs. I was a sad, sad accident.

Picture 7 – Oh, this was full of pain but also compassion. There were a lot of patients in this ward over the years but the nurses were good and tried very hard to help ease the pain.

Picture 6 – This picture made me laugh. There were parties (or at least party-like activities) here. I am beginning to feel that this was a mental hospital. The patients were entertained here.

Picture 5 and “Another picture for peek” – These two outside images seem to have a positive energy for me. While this definitely has the “institution” air about it, I still get the feeling that this was a good institution that tried very hard to make the lives of their patients better.

Picture 3 – Why do I get the feeling that this is the other end of the room in Picture 6? Again, this seems to be a place where people were entertained. For some reason I see a puppet show being presented here.

Church – The nurses in this institution were nuns. I see a goodness and light coming from this building.

Room 1 – Babies were born here.

Overall there seems to be a fairly positive energy in this place even though there was also a lot of pain. Old hospitals and mental facilites were not generally nice places but I feel this was one of the better place where many people went to get help.

ok, celticnoodle, here i go! ( i love this whole idea ...keep them coming!)

1. the stairwell. i got, *early in the morning, up till nighfall and beyond.* tiredness in the staff. i am getting, *nuns* nurses, definitely. staff, (more than visitors) going up and down that stairwell , unceasing. some rushing, some walking slowing, grasping railing to rest for a while. i heard, *the job must get done.* it was a very busy staircase, the staff had alot on their mind, but i do get a very, *caring,* atmosphere. dedicated came to mind.

2. seperate rooms here, hospital rooms is what i am getting. nurses, (nuns, perhaps? if so, sisters of charity, perhaps? if not, just nurses). these women were very dedicated to the job. a ward. nurses walking people to and from the bathrooms. i saw this young nurse, brunette, fine features, aquiline nose, small boned, thin. walking a patient to what looks to have been bathrooms. an elderly man in one bed, coughing. very heavy coughing. helping in any way they can. *are you feeling ok? do you need anything? walk slowly,now. * the staff was very caring, and diligent in their work. not rushing in and out. taking time with patients. dedication, dedication i keep hearing.

3. a dining area/ visitors area. large area where people outside of hospital staff could congregate. a place to sit down and relax a bit.

4. old hospital of sorts. definitely some type of hospital. the smaller building in front i get was used by workers of some kind. laundry? it was an area where work was done for the hospital.

second group of pics

1. very old hosptial. i keep getting nuns who were nurses worked there. or at least on staff. caring. the atmosphere surrounding that building was one of caring. good caring staff. people who were here were very, very, sick. but, the help was top notch. grounds at one time very well kept. serious atmosphere.

2. upper floor. for staff i think. they kept their belongings in this room. or perhaps it was a resting area for staff to take a much needed break. more peaceful and not rushed. much needed break. maybe changing area for uniforms and such. staff related. something was kept there. either staff belongings or some other type of belongings.

3. church. on the grounds. staff and visitors used this to pray. filled to capacity on sundays. going there provided a sense of peace and solitude when one desperately needed it. i think perhaps staff went there on breaks in order to pray to gain strength to go on; with a trying job they had. also get a sense again of very dedicated staff.

4. hospital ward. not sure, but nursery? sick children here? lighter atmosphere in this room.

overall, i got a hospital. VERY dedicated staff. nuns perhaps, like sisters of charity? nurses. very, very, busy. no one on staff ever sitting still. tiredness. almost reverend sense of dedication. people who were here were extremely sick. the nurses wore like white caps, they were soft material, around the middle was a band to hold it on their head, in front of that band a, *ruffled,* look around the cap. long dresses. aprons in front. got a very dedicated nurse, fine features, aquiline nose, dark eyes, dark hair; very dedicated and serious about her job. if a nun, novice in training. she was young. i saw her in the ward attending patients, and on the stairwell. she was grasping the railing, and stopped to take a breather/rest. she was very slim. small boned. religious. i heard, *so tired, i am so tired, but they need me. i must go on, this is my job.* she was, *giving,* of alot of care. i also got that there may have been psychiatric patients here. not sure. people who were in need physically and perhaps mentally for good care. that one room, babies, nursery of sorts. child ward? thats it for now, i think

When I look at these pictures I get school house (church) and get hospital. I get a lot of people coming from the picture just like us walking into a busy hospital. The nurse’s station plays a big part in this she maybe the very first nurse in this place seems that she loved her job so much she never left. I get renovations like they are thinking of fixing this place. This is not to their liking. I sense kids they may have been kids that went to school or stayed at this hospital. I see a brunette young lady she feels to be older but like to remain in her younger years active etc...Their is a dr with little hair glasses and a mustache his hair is grayish like his mustache. Very well known for his work keep getting pulled like no it’s a school no it’s a hospital...could they have both been.

i'll give it a go! don't know how well this attempt will be, been a long day and my brain is a bit burnt out, but maybe if my logical side is tired, my intuitive side might be clearer? *shrug* who knows...but i'll give it a go anyways!

the very first impression i got was the smell of smoke that filled my nostrils and i could taste it in the back of my throat. It wasn't incense smoke either, more like as if there was an accident that involved fire that burned through. I also "heard" soft weeping from what sounded like mature female voices.

i also get the sense that while it is a church, it was, for a time, used not as a place specified as worship but more like an institution/dormitory for adolescent boys.

in pic6 i get the sense of conversations late at night while snacking on flat bread dipped in soup. it's a very stable, settled, content feeling that's casual and comfortable.

pic8, i'm not sure why, but i immediately didn't like it. maybe it's just the angle of the picture, but the first thing i felt with that picture was tripping and falling down the stairs.

pic7 for me i felt a tightness in my chest like a bad asthma attack. I heard wheezing and some kind of steam (with herbs?) used as treatment to help open up the lungs for easier breathing.

pic5 and another pic are the ones that gave me that burning smoke sensation

church for the peak, the first thing i saw was a yellow glow that surrounded the building

didn't make it through all the pics, sorry. got an ache starting behind my eyes up to my forehead then back to the back of my neck. I'll try to add more to this tomorrow

Ok I have peeked twice at the picks some I got more out of first one some the 2nd view but...anway here is what I got!

pic 8--1st time there was something to right at end of pic, 2nd peek some something at bottom of the starts on the landing.

pic 7--1st ".." A gathering or dance, 2nd-A type of service/meeting. Lots of tables and chairs.

pic 6--".."A performance...2nd same, a type of theatre. but it has to be up north
(look at the radiators!)

pic 5--1st view-Heard a horse come up. 2nd, it was a type of church/school? a college.

pic 4--1st peek saw loads of people walking across the lawn like a party or campus. (same)

pic 3--1st ".." heard piano or organ. type of recital? 2nd the same...but then realized
it is the other end of room and side in pic 5 behind the plywood.

pic 2--Saw carriages and folks coming up for service? (Same 2nd view but did get that it might have had a military use at one point.) like the mash units or a innoculation clinic?

pic 1--peek 1 a roomful of people some type of gathering. A meeting..but up north too many radiators. 2nd peek the Same (but it appears to be same building as pic 7)

Old buildings at least the one! Cant wait to find out where this is located! Shame I didnt get more sound other than that one horse and bit of piano...get the impression that there was some good violin playing at one point but dont know from which room/bld...???? ggrrr need to practice more. LOL
