The Emperor - What X Finds Unattractive About Y
I just loved the responses on my last post regarding unattractive qualities with The Star...so I couldn't resist posting when I pulled The Emperor as unattractive traits/qualities.  What are your thoughts on the Emperor being pulled as "What X finds unattractive about Y"? - Control freak - Bossy know-it-all - X feels Y doesn't speak his/her mind and is not assertive - Or X feels Y is too self-empowered and assertive and X is threatened by Y on some level Hmmm...any other thoughts? I would love to hear your take on this card in this position. Thanks! |

gah.. Emperor has been following me around for weeks.. On a negative.. someone who is in total control over his or her emotion.. but could be a positive if it's in moderation though. Someone who's a tyrant.. he is an emperor after all. Someone who has to win at all costs... Someone who rules with his head not his heart. Think like all the flip side qualities of Aries. Someone once told me the emperor reversed can just be like a big baby, demanding, irrational, spinning wildly out of control and bossing everyone around. My way or the highway types... Maybe Y has that quality about him/her, so X finds that a turn off. Or perhaps, X has daddy issues, and Y invokes in him/her some unpleasant memories of their own daddy issues? You know how most girls go about trying to look for someone like good ole Dad? Well, for some girls a guy like Dad could be a total turn off. So this is also what it could be talking about. Then again, maybe it could be that X is more chaotic by nature, and finds Y "having it together all the time" annoying and unattractive. Or if Y is a female, then perhaps, X prefers a traditional womanly type, as opposed to a bossy masculine woman. __________________ There is no secret ingredient. Just you. - Po. |
