Dear pubmATes! Last week was crazy, and the weekend busy with a birthday, a wedding and 8 hours of handmade card making to meet a deadline for the shop that sells them. Tomorrow I'm going to Devon for a few day's holiday - a lucky last minute find - and I should be able to check in here a LOT more while I'm away. Looking forward to catching up with you all again! I have to pack now for an early start tomorrow but will be back tomorrow p.m.

Oh, I almost forgot! Some lovely person sent me an anonymous gift! I'm now the proud owner of a Steady Stand - which means I can take overhead pictures of handmade cards. There was no message in with the Steady Stand, so I don't know who to thank, but I am VERY grateful. It was a lovely thought, whoever it was. If it was anyone on here, thank you!

I have strimmed another third of the paddock and then raked and wheelbarrowed away yesterday's and today's strmmings. It was over a foot high so that's a lot of work. Took two hours. And now I have to go make dinner

The little spiders can stay wherever they want to build their nests in my world, all they have to do is hide when bro comes along.....he has little to no respect for bugs, spiders, etc. However, the big ugly ones do need to go live outside the house.
