Will I remain at my job

I normally dont do readings for myself as they hard to read. But I have a stressful job in sales and as much as I try I can't manage to achieve high enough results. I did a reading and asked if I was going to stay at my current job and rec'd the knight of wands in the reading and justice as the outcome. I think this is saying I may leave my job for one in something legal... OR a cocky person has my best interest at heart so my job is solid. Not sure here. Can someone please help

I think your 1st guess at the Knight is right. Sounds like you are frustrated with this position and perhaps your energy level to move on is that of the Knight Of Wands. Very restless and ready to make a change with enthusiasm if a opportunity comes up. As far as the Justice card, I get more of a idea that it could be about a balanced job for you. Something that fits you and is non stressful and more in harmony with who you are then a stressful sales position

Think about the heart of your question for a second. You asked if you were going to "stay". Does the Knight of Wands look like the type to stick around anywhere and "stay" for long? No.. the Knights are about movement and change... this particular one is the fastest to leave a difficult or problematic situation and find something new and better to get in to.

Justice could be the decision to leave, breaking your contract with your present company and/or making a new contract with another company.

Since are are assuming your question is the title of this thread - I tend to agree with Amanda_04 that Knights are change.

You may want to rethink this - slightly - maybe try a Horseshoe spread or something like that where you ask for insights up on side about staying at your present job and ask insights up the other side for 'if I seek another job,' 'what skills do I have to offer a better employer,' what type of job should I be looking for,' etc. Typically you would ask 'What can I expect if I stay at my present job; what can I expect if I take another job?' You get both readings simultaneously:

----5-----6
----3-----4
-----1--2

You lay out 1-6 as shown, but you read 1,3,5 as the answer to your first questions and 2,4,6 as the second. You can also see them as Past, Present, Outcome.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
