If anyone could do it, maybe Patrick Valenza?
I've always loved optical illusions, and the Revelations tarot has an interesting way of doing reversals... but... how complicated would it be for a talented artist to do an upright/reversal combo in one image on a card somewhat following a RWS-style (Deviant Moon style, perferrably) abstract form faithful to a card's upright and reversed meanings, with no titles on the cards, but just an image? Where basically, you hold the card upright and see one thing, but then reverse it and see something totally different sharing that same image... (but again, still faithful to traditional meanings!) I was going to take a nap, but this idea slapped me in the brain and I had to say something. It isn't a terrible idea. I love that image you posted as well. These are just the kinds of things I think Tarot should be. Seeing things beneath the surface. You look once and there's one thing, but when you look again it's something else.
