Best types of questions for the Lenormand?

I got my first deck, do not have a book yet (should I get one, or are the resources online adequate?). Most of the resources i've found go into just meanings or card combinations, but I haven't found any step by step guides, like how to phrase your question, and what types of questions are best suited for these readings. Since it's more fortune-telling than Tarot (from what i've read, correct me if i'm wrong), i'm assuming that the questions can be phrased differently, and that this oracle will answer certain types of questions better than Tarot.
