PLease identify this deck - Rachel Pollack's Tarot Wisdom

Does anyone know the deck on the cover of Rachel Pollack's Tarot Wisdom. The titles are in Italian, and it looks like a historical deck, but I can't figure out which one it is, and from what I see, it looks gorgeous!

Can anyone help?

It's a reproduction of a soprafino deck published under the name of "Ancient Italian Tarots" available from places like Amazon for twenty dollars or less.

It is a good deck and I never seem to grow tired of looking at it.
