Stones for good luck&abundance in money..

Anyone ever had those? Do they really work? I have those now. I plan to write a note on a special piece of paper and put it under the stones, or I can keep them under pillow when I sleep. Maybe I can carry them in my pockets. What are your experiences with stones? I have stones that bring good luck/money/protection They're very pretty too.

When I got them I saw on a piece of paper I had to like activate them? o_O Interesting but I did and told my intentions to them, which are to bring me good luck, help bring in money.

To be honest, I feel the whole law of attraction thing isn't working for me, but I dunno, maybe it's just me *shrug*. Maybe gems/crystals will help . IMO, I am thinking the whole LoA and Secret is way exaggerated :/

Citrine and Ametrine also work very well to draw in money good luck! and ps if you can't see it happening, it never will. Part of "The Secret" (lol!) is to post your request to the Universe, and then just believe it will happen - "Imagine, believe, receive". Don't try to figure out how it will come...just allow it to come...and of course apply your own elbow grease wherever possible to help things along i.e. buy lottery tix and look for a raise, look for a better job, etc. The opportunities will come, but you have to be willing to open doors so they can reach you, imo....

Ooh nice I do have the citrine stone I also have 2 Green aventurine, a moss agate, blue agate. Heh I have 2 of the same stones for a couple of those XD

definitely citrine for bringing in monies. I have one small citrine in my wallet and another one in the change compartment at my car. I also have a dish, where the hubby & I throw our loose change at night and there sits another citrine stone.

I've found citrine to be a great stone to keep in a dish for loose change and for brining money into you. I didn't have to program the stone or anything, I just purchased it and put it in a bowl and I did say my intention was to multiply the monies put into this dish. That's it. But nothing as far as washing the stone or purifying the stone, or putting it moonlight/sunlight. nope. nothing like that.

Well I really, really, really wanted to be in Chicago to be with someone and you know the saying......be careful what you wish for?????

Just my thoughts...I do believe the crystals can help bring to you what you desire......BUT.....as Lotus Padma pointed out don't expect the crystals to do all the work. If you think carrying a crystal in your pocket or putting it in your pillow at night will suddenly bring you extra cash and everything you desire...just because the crystal is with you...you're going to be left very disappointed.

I don't think you have to do any fancy rituals but as CN pointed out it's good to state your intention to the crystal. This let's the crystal know what you expect from it. (OMG I'm laughing at myself there) And then BELIEVE. And when the opportunities come your way...don't let them pass you by.

Hehe thanks, have they worked for you? Yup believing is the key. No worries I won't put all of my faith and belief in it like I did with LoA. I mean I asked my aunt and uncle if that stuff works, they said yes but I am still kinda o_O (raises eyebrow). Ah well, maybe I just need to be patient lol and yup, you have to do some of the work too. Nothing in life comes easy (Scrubs quote FTW!)

I echo what the others have said...my 'go to' abundance stones are Citrine as well as Green Aventurine. I do find though that it is often best to "set it and forget it" as that old infomercial likes to say. In other words, the times that I have tried to concentrate really hard to "force" the crystals to bring something to me (like when I was walking into the casino LOL) they didn't want to cooperate. But another time, when I pretty much completely forgot I had them with me I won quite a bit of money (a few hundred!) which never happens for me. (so I guess it's a good thing I'm not much of a gambler lol)

I noticed when I first got a large Citrine, I was receiving all kinds of financial and unexpected blessings related to money and business. I do feel it opens us to receiving. However, we aren't going to receive anything that isn't for our highest good nor anything that we actively block (whether we are conscious of blocking or not). And I think sometimes we forget that "abundance and prosperity" isn't about having large sums of money fall in our laps (although it is certainly always nice when it does ), it is actually about receiving blessings that further our life purpose; calm our hearts, minds, and spirits; and give us hope and joy in life.

So my take on this is, again, just "set it and forget it" and then remember to be grateful for all the blessings that come into your life, large or small, as this will keep you open to receiving. "Good Luck" (or as Spock says, "Live Long and Prosper")

Ah neat and yeah you can't really force things to happen. I think I will put stones in my wallet, change purse, and on a check See how that happens Hopefully it will work. I got four stones for good luck off amazon and four stones for money Thanks for the reply, ideas and advice

I know this is a fairly old thread, but I felt the need to put in my vote for citrine. I wear a citrine pendant whenever I work, with great results. I even went so far as to pass out pocket citrines to my coworkers when I went back to school. Its also great for vitality which, if you're Me, is greatly appreciated at work. It brings you its sun energy. As far as activating, its great to infuse it with your intentions, but if you mean cleansing, citrine is actually one of the few stones you don't need to cleanse, and which has the capability to cleanse your other stones! Hope this helps.

Ah that's great to hear Hm maybe I should carry that stone around with me more than my blue tigers eye? (Looks more black than it does blue but it still is a tigers eye..*I think*)
