i got the vet to show me how to do it, the first time, and he made it look so easy. kitty was very cooperative, i think she liked him. didn't need two people, just one handsome vet guy
i sit kitty in my lap, and wrap my left arm around her and hold a paw with my left hand at the same time. not easy. i always give her a reward when i've finished, even if she only let me do one or two paws, she gets a teaspoonful of her favourite junk food (grain free kitty nibbles)

There's no way I could ever have trimmed my kitty's clawz, she'd have ripped my head off!

Its been chilly here, close to freezing at night,but warm days.
We did a bit of work in the yard, but I spent the afternoon reading in the sun.
I have a big weekend ahead, its our ski patrol first aid refresher. Our crew will probably want to go out for dinner afterwards.

Should be fun as long as everyone gets along. There are a few big egos & sometimes things get nasty, although I found out yesterday that some of them aren't coming back this year.

Yes, new patrollers do a 70-hour course, & we do a 16-hour refresher every year. Its a really interesting course.
