Phone readings panic: Any tips?!?!

We have a forum for professional readers that has lots of threads that you would probably find very useful; Professional Tarot - you have to be a forum subscriber to get in but if you're going professional it may be worth considering.

Since this is your first thread about reading professionally, it's fine in Talking Tarot but if you want to open more threads about reading professionally then they'll need to be in Professional Tarot.

thanks everyone, and sulis, for the encouragement and tips and info - very useful. Sulis, I would like to subscribe, it's just that I'm trying to get money in rather than money out at the moment!! I know it's not much money to subscribe, it's just that i'm down to brass tacks at the moment!! having said that it may be a worthwhile investment...

Hi Walzcat,
I've tried to work on the phonelines, I quit the first day. I feel more comfortable doing private readings without clients paying by the minute.
I'd suggest that you take some time to practice doing general readings for people who you know, then when you actually do a reading for someone on the line you might feel more confident.
See how after you pull a card it relates to the past, present and future.
