Nightmare interpretation

Hi everyone,

I had very vivid nightmares last two days.

In the first one I felt that someone is pulling off by teeth and it hurt a lot

In the second one I saw a person, I think a male literally crunching one girls face, breaking her faces bones, she was so pretty, fair face and blond hair and suddenly her faces was all broken and it was horrible...


I cant think of any real interpretation as I dont think this is something that would be mentioned in any dream interpretation book...its just that the after feelings of these dreams were so strong and I was so worried that I woke up!


I dont necessarily feel like there was bad energy involved, Im thinking maybe some significant events are going to happen to me, maybe witnessing something? Or these cruel dreams mirror my worries and the fact that I am in stress (job etc.)

These do sound like stress dreams don't they? Teeth being pulled, pain, faces smashed are all suggesting not having a voice, not being allowed to speak and problems with being respected, someone/group pressure which is destroying or damaging the recognisable, sensitive and true YOU.

Not poking fun but have you been wathing horror movies lately? I watch a ton and I always have nightmares...!

Hi Milfoil, thank you for suggestions, yes, as Ive said, I thought it could be stress as Im being stressed and under pressure etc.and now Ive realised what a spot on you had about saying that I have no voice as I cant express everything that I feel.

I think its all making sense to me now...I was just worried that it could have some really negative message for me regarding my future I hope not!!

Hi Stu123, teeth dreams are amongst the most commonest. I agree with Milfoil about they both show stress or anxiety!

So what are the common things in both your dreams or nightmares. They are both about physical appearance which is forcibly "changed" by someone else. I think the person who is doing the teeth pulling or messing up the girls face shows someone forced to do something undesirable. either you have to do something you don't want to do, or someone is doing it to you. Also there is themes about anxiety about physical appearance or just appearance to others. Maybe you have had in the non dream world had an embarrassing situation recently or have had to do something in front of people or going to in future. But its definitely anxiety related dreams.
