The best thing for T right now is to rely on their intuition, and to look at the "signs" around them instead of acting in haste. Support is very important right now, and compassion and caring is what is needed most at the moment. As long as they listen to that small inner voice, and not ignore the signs the Universe is giving them, they should be fine. In time, they will find what they need as long as they keep working toward it.

You can help J look to the future and if need be you could be helping by taking over some projects (such as if they don't have it in them to go grocery shopping you'll do it for them or helping them with a business project.) Offering emotional comfort is a big thing here, by providing words of comfort and a shoulder to lean on in moments of pain, you'll do a lot of good. Most of all offering your services and your presence is emphasized.
