Sounds so good!! Celiac Disease = NO decent beer. Unless it is gluten free and the only good gluten free beer is Green's. But it is expensive and I just don't do well with alcohol anymore.

Chiska, how did you go gluten free? Was it all at once, or did you ease into it? I'm supposed to be off gluten. I manage it for a week or two, and then I somehow find myself at the Chicago Brewing Company with a slice of Chicago style pizza in my hand. I feel like crap the next day, and yet it keeps happening.

I read "a lil" as "a lot". Guess he's not really on the mend. Poor guy.
