Interesting that you bring this up, that is what drew me initiatialy to this deck, was for dream working. My dreams, when I dream seem very lucid, in full color, almost to real. however my dreams, those that I remember only happens a couple times a month, not every night or every other night. I dream very little, it's a rare thing for me. I most likely dream every night just have no recall of them. And yes when I work with tarot hard core for days, I do dream tarot.

Yeah the dreamwork techniques, triggers interest with me, do you have any sites, books etc. you may recommend that will work with this deck.

I haven't done any dreamwork in a while because it got so intense it was interfering with my getting enough sleep. I am PMing you with a couple of things that worked really well for me but I fear might be considered off topic in this thread where the topic is the deck.

There are a couple websites- here is the one by RJ: http://www.dreampower.com/tarot_online.html

There is an independent one which looks at the different "trees"- comparing the DreamPower to the Merlin tarot: http://www.lelandra.com/tarotbook/rjspart1.htm

But, overall, I would say the best thing is to look at the 3 books that really delve into the underworld schematic- which are The Underworld Initiation, Earthlight and Power Within the Land. Those books give the entire working behind the idea of the Dream Power tarot- and work in the order I listed above for reading- the Underworld giving the full background, the Earthlight giving initial workings to do and the Power w/in the Land giving the higher working for sleepers, etc. They are fantastic books.

Just another opinion... I did not find RJ's books (except for the one that went with the deck) helpful. His version of the underworld is a culturally specific, objective one. If you are interested in using the deck to work with his specific system they will be useful but less so if your interests are in a more subjective or personal kind of dream work.

The Merlin Tarot as a diagram of the Tree of Life for the above ground world, the Dreampower as a map of the paths on the underground Tree. Together they provide a guide to the entire occult universe.
